Jean's Testimony

Jean Marie was raised in a home void of any Christian influence. A home where the names of Jesus and God were spoken only as curse words. For years she suffered through physical and sexual abuse, turning to drugs, alcohol and sexual promiscuity as a solace in her life. Because of this background, Jean Marie became convinced that there was no God, because she believed that no loving God would allow such horrific things to happen to a person.

But Elohim heard the cry of Jean Marie's heart for 'PEACE' , and in 1979 while at a shelter for abused women, was brought the message of Y'shua's unconditional love for her by a Believer in the church who was a volunteer there. It took a lot to break through the protective wall that Jean Marie had placed between herself and the Living God, But He did indeed touch the yearning of her heart and she came to believe then that He was real. Yet it wasn't December 22,1982 that Jean Marie came to believe in Y'shua HaMashiach as her Lord and Savior. Since that transformation, Y'shua has used her talents to write and publish a book based on her experience of abuse. It is a testimon y of the healing and forgiving power that comes through Y'shua's Love and Grace.

Steven and Jean Marie were brought together through Elohim's divine arrangement and purpose, not only in marriage, but also in ministry. Through the inspiration and leading of the Holy Spirit, Steven and Jean Marie began "WORLD CHRISITIAN FREEDOM MINISTRIES" and "FREEDOM MINISTRY CHURCH".
